01Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Godly Legacy Clothing. By using this site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy from us.
02Private preview
The site is currently a private, password-protected preview of an upcoming release. Please don’t share the password publicly. Product details, images, colors, release dates and prices shown before release may change. Colors can look different on different screens.
03Release list and reservations
Joining the release list means we’ll email you when GL-002 releases. It does not reserve a piece, guarantee availability, or commit you to buy. GL-002 is limited to 100 pieces and will not be restocked.
04Orders and pricing
When sales open, placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud or reselling abuse. Prices, taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.
05Giving
Our giving commitment is described in our Giving Disclosure. Purchases are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
06Our content
The Godly Legacy name, logos, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Godly Legacy Clothing or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without written permission.
07Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, bypass the password, scrape it, use bots to buy, or interfere with other visitors. We may suspend access or cancel orders connected with misuse.
08Other sites
Links to other sites, such as Instagram or our checkout provider, are governed by those sites’ own terms and policies. We’re not responsible for them.
09Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties for the site itself and aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be limited.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the US state in which Godly Legacy Clothing is registered and applicable US federal law. If a dispute arises, please email us first; most things can be resolved quickly.
11Changes and contact
