01Who we are
This website is run by Godly Legacy Clothing (“Godly Legacy”, “we”, “us”), based in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, join the release list, contact us, or (once reservations open) buy from us. Questions: info@godlylegacyclothing.com.
02What we collect
- Release list. Your email address, the size you selected (if any), and the date and time you agreed to receive emails.
- Site access. A cookie that remembers you entered the site password. It does not identify you.
- Messages. Whatever you include when you email us.
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting and font providers receive your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you request. If the site breaks, a technical error report (the page and the error) may be sent to our hosting provider.
- Orders (when sales open). Name, shipping and billing address, phone, email and order details. Payments are handled by our checkout and payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
03How we use it
- To email you when GL-002 releases, only if you asked us to.
- To understand which sizes people want, so we make the right quantities.
- To keep the site private before launch, running, and secure.
- To reply to you, and to process, ship and support your orders.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
05Emails
You only receive marketing emails if you sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email info@godlylegacyclothing.com to be removed. After unsubscribing you may still receive messages about an order you placed.
06How long we keep it
- Release list: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after our last email to you, whichever comes first.
- Site access cookie: 7 days.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years).
- Emails with us: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy; correct it; delete it; and opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We don’t do the last three, but you can still ask.
To make a request, email info@godlylegacyclothing.com from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days, won’t treat you differently for using your rights, and if we decline you can appeal by replying to our decision.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.
08Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@godlylegacyclothing.com and we’ll delete it.
09Security and location
We use reputable providers and protect access to our accounts, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is processed in the United States; if you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred there.
10Changes and contact
We’ll update this page if our practices change and change the “last updated” date above. For anything about your privacy, email info@godlylegacyclothing.com.
